I lived here for six years, and the biggest issue by far was the elevators. It was very rare for all three to be working at the same time- maybe about 10% of the time during my entire stay. This often meant long waits or having to plan extra time just to get in and out of the building. Management was also frustrating to deal with, especially when it came to ongoing maintenance problems like the elevators. We were frequently told that parts had been ordered, but there was never any clear timeline for when repairs would actually be completed. There were also some concerning structural issues. A few years ago, speed bumps were installed in the parking garage, and whenever a car drove over them, I could feel the entire building shake. It’s a shame because the property itself is very nice and has a lot of potential. If the elevators were reliable and management was more responsive to maintenance issues, it could be a great place to live.
