Yes, Rent Verified is completely free for renters. You can search properties, read reviews, and write reviews at no cost.
Why do I need to verify my phone?
Phone verification helps us prevent fake reviews and spam. It ensures every reviewer is a real person, which keeps the platform trustworthy for everyone.
Can I post anonymously?
Absolutely. When submitting a review, you can choose to post anonymously. Your review will appear as "Anonymous" instead of your display name.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes. You can edit your review anytime from your Account page or from the review itself. If you want a review deleted entirely, contact us at Support@rent-verified.com.
Can landlords respond to reviews?
Landlord response features are coming soon. We're building tools that will let property owners claim their properties and respond to reviews.
I see a fake or inappropriate review. What do I do?
Click the flag icon on any review to report it. Reviews that receive multiple reports are automatically hidden for moderation. You can also email us directly.

Any rental property in the United States — apartments, houses, condos, townhomes, duplexes, and more. Just search the address to get started.
