Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Rent Verified LLC ("Rent Verified") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Rent Verified platform.

Designated Agent

Our designated agent for receiving DMCA takedown notices is:

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Rent Verified infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent that includes the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the Rent Verified platform where the material can be found.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Middle District of Florida if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Rent Verified will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please do not make false claims.
